2025/2026 GPU&ASIC shipment forecast

Yesterday, we all saw the announcement from OpenAI and Oracle. It's true that from the side of SoftBank, there has been no substantial progress on the Stargate project so far this year. But Oracle has stepped in to accelerate the realization of Sam Altman’s ambitious vision. We also saw Elon Musk's claim last night — a crazy plan equivalent to 50 million H100s.

So how many accelerators can each player actually ship in 2025 and 2026? Based on recent supply chain and customer demand cross-checks, we’ve put forward what we believe to be a reasonable forecast. That said, the situation is evolving rapidly and these numbers should be for reference only:
